14:30 - Millers Bank 5/1 WIN
The market is a little different to how I expected for this race with two horses making their chase debut’s heading the market over some experienced rivals like Millers Bank, Corach Rambler and Minella Drama. I think the former is overpriced at around 4/1 considering he is the one with the best form in the book, highlighted by his win in the Grade 1 Manifesto Chase last season. He did unseat at the first fence at Aintree last weekend but if his jumping remains in tact he is a major player today.

15:05 - Navajo Pass 9/4 WIN
Donald Mccain’s horse was disappointing over timber last season considering he had beaten Buveur D’Air and Ballyandy in a Grade 2 hurdle in 2020. He has since tumbled down the handicap to a lowly mark of 128, over 20lb below his last winning mark over hurdles. There is a real reason to be optimistic today though following his dominant return on the flat at Haydock earlier this month when relishing conditions. If he is in the same form over hurdles then he can exploit his handicap mark today.
