GREY DAWNING has made an impressive 2-2 start in bumpers and is taken to maintain his unbeaten record over hurdles today. The selection won a strong Wetherby bumper on debut and defied a penalty with ease 10 weeks later. GREY DAWNING rates a useful hurdles prospect and is selected to make it 3 wins from 3.

Dan Skelton has trained 2 of the last 5 winners of this race, and with GREY DAWNING likely to go off as favourtie, the Skelton yard has every chance of increasing that record to 50%.

ROSE OF ARCADIA ran a hugely impressive 9L winning performance when we sided with her 11 days ago at Chepstow. The selection is predicted to make another bold bid today, even with a 7lb rise in the weights.

At the top of her game right now ROSE OF ARCADIA likely has even more to come. With Lady Adare a NR, ROSE OF ARCADIA will look at Sabrina as the biggest threat in this race as she claims an advantage in the weights, but the selection still stands out on the back of that Chepstow win and is fancied to follow that up today and make it 4 wins from her last 4.

TARHIB looks an interesting prospect in this widely open race. With a dashing win over 5f last time out and a number of competitive performances this season, TARHIB has scope for further improvement and has a strong chance to get the best of Art Power.

Jim Crowley takes the reigns of TARHIB once again and will be looking to make this his 5th win on board of the selection.

A tough race all round, with various potential across the board, but with odds of 11/2, TARHIB makes plenty of appeal as an E/W bet.

10-year-old SCEAU ROYAL won very easily at Kempton last time out, and now bids to win this race for the fourth time. Six years on since his first success in the race SCEAU ROYAL has become a fan favourite over the years and showed last time out at Kempton that his best days aren't yet behind him.

Despite a 6lb raise SCEAU ROYAL should make a bold bid in this small field, and although the progressive Knappers Hill makes some appeal, it is impossible to not side with the proven ability of SCEAU ROYAL in what will be competitively run race.
