Soprano ran a race full of promise in the G3 Albany at Royal Ascot last month and is likely to give the godolphin filly plenty to think about. Persian Dreamer can follow them home.
15.00 – Newmarket – Trophy (Heritage Handicap) Live Your Dream ran a great race in defeat in a competitive handicap at Royal Ascot last month and this doesn't look as competitive and the step back up in trip aids his cause further and he could be tough to catch if applying similar tactics here. Kihavah beat Prydwen by a short margin last time out to land the hat trick but that rival is now slightly better off at the weights and holds solid claims of reversing the form and both should be on the premises, along with Aimeric who was far from disgraced when 8th in the same handicap as Live Your Dream at Ascot.
15.35 – Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes (Group 1) Via Sistina bolted up on seasonal debut then ran a terrific race in the Pretty Polly to land her first G1, the drop back to 1 mile wont hold any problems and she looks progressive and holds solid claims of landing the four timer and a second G1. Remarquee didn't have much room in the G1 Coronation at Ascot last month and possibly might have won granted a clear run and looks a solid contender here. While Coppice is another interesting contender stepping back into group company after landing the Sandringham at Ascot with a bit left in the tank.
