Hallybhoy11: West Ham v Bournemouth Tips

West Ham v Bournemouth

20:00 London Stadium

West Ham (6/11) Draw (3/1) Bournemouth (5/1)

West Ham head into this game knowing that the pressure will pile on should they lose. Sitting just one place above the relegation zone, who sit just one place outside the relegation zone David Moyes will need 3 points and 3 points only today in order to kick start their season. Wins for Aston Villa, Nottingham Forrest and Leicester as well as Southampton's point at home to Arsenal has left things very tight at the bottom.

With the bottom half of the table so tight, West Ham can leapfrog their opponents Bournemouth with win today. West Ham have struggled with goals this season scoring just 9 in 11 games, an average of 0.81 per game. Their current home form is the only positive from what has been a disappointing start to the season with 7 points from the last 9 and with Scamacca & Bowen both scoring in the last two games, they will be confident that they can get the job done tonight.

Bournemouth have conceded a whopping 18 goals in their 5 away games, an average of 3.6 per game. That probably doesn’t tell the full story considering their first two were 4-0 at Man City and 9-0 at Liverpool. They are actually unbeaten in the other 3 with both teams scoring in each one.

I can see West Ham having too much for Bournemouth tonight but expect an open game.

My Best Bets for tonight:

  • West Ham win with BTTS 13/5

  • West Ham win 2-1 8/1

  • Scamacca first goal 7/2

  • Bowen anytime goal 7/4

I've backed these with Quinnbet, where you get 50% of your day one losses back as a free bet (up to £35). They also offer money back on selected markets when a game finishes 0-0 or if the woodwork gets hit! Make sure you check them out below!
