Hallybhoy11: Saturday Treble

By John Hall

Newcastle v Aston Villa

15:00 @ St.James' Park

Newcastle are unbeaten at home this season and since Eddie Howe took over only Liverpool & Man City have beaten them at St James Park the league. They have averaged 1.6 goals per game and have the best defence in the league, conceding only 10 in 12 games. The feel-good factor is back, and I can see Newcastle being far too strong for Aston Villa who have only picked up 2 points on the road all season.

Newcastle win 4/5

Burnley v Reading

15:00 @ Turf Moor

Burnley sit top of the Championship thanks to a late penalty last time out against Norwich. They are the league's top scorers with an impressive 30 goals in 17 games, an average of 1.7 per game. They should be able to win this with little fuss and keep pushing for promotion against a Reading side who concede an average of 2 goals per game away from home.

Burnley win 8/13

Peterborough v Cambridge

15:00 @ Weston Homes Stadium

Peterborough have scored 20 goals at home this season, an average of 2.5 per game. They should have far too much firepower for Cambridge who have conceded 16 away from home, an average of 2 per game.

Peterborough win 4/9
